The Law Offices of Robert J. Jacobs, P.A. is owned and directed by Robert J. Jacobs, Esq., and located in Gainesville, Florida.   The firm offers services in all areas of U.S. immigration law and serves clients throughout the United States, Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa.

The law firm currently consists of: 

Robert J. Jacobs, Esq. - a graduate of the University of Florida College of Law and a member of the Bar of the State of New York,  Mr. Jacobs has overseen the Law Offices of Robert J. Jacobs, P.A. since 1997.  He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).   Mr. Jacobs' practice includes all areas of immigration law:  employment and family based petitions; representation of Ph.D.'s who seek permanent resident status through the EB-1 or EB-2 category (National Interest Waiver); and representation of individuals placed in removal proceedings.  In addition, he represents clients before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ryan C. Brooks, Esq. - Associate Attorney - Ryan is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a member of the Florida bar.  He previously earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida in Political Science with a concentration in Russian Language.

Hanna Mercer - A native of Minsk, Belarus, Hanna is our receptionist, bookkeeper and paralegal.  She holds an Associates degree in Linguistices from Minsk State University, Belarus.  Hanna has several years of experience as a bookkeeper and administrative assistant.
